The Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) works in accordance with the “Rules of Procedure” and its decisions and recommendations regulate the work of IGC TRACECA's Permanent Secretariat in Baku. Permanent representative offices in each member states are also obliged to comply with these rules of procedural.
